ReplacementUPSbattery.com uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our packages. Shipping cost is
based on weight and location. To see your estimated shipping costs, add your item to the cart and proceed
to checkout. Enter your city, state and zip and click "update" and your shipping cost will display.
UPS Orders shipped "ground" will be shipped the same day if received by 12:00pm CST M-F.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. Please
be sure to include suite numbers and apartment numbers, if applicable. If a returned order is cancelled,
shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you include an email address with your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Acceptable Reasons for Return.
• Product is damaged or defective.
• Product is not what you ordered.
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
• You ordered the wrong product.
Conditions for Returns
• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• You must call us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
• Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.
• Product must include original packaging for 85% refund.
• Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued.
Amounts of Refund
• 100% price & shipping if damaged, defective, or incorrect-sent items
• 100% price if product quality does not meet your expectations
• 85% price You ordered the wrong product or no longer want or need the product
• 85% or less Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return

Other Information: All products that are received from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to
you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not
returned within 15 days of receiving the return label, you will be charged for the un-returned product without

RETURN PROCEDURES

Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following
information when requesting an RMA:
• Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package)
• Reason for return
• Your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in the event we need to contact you
regarding the return.
2. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including
fully resalable condition (except for defective product).
3. Return the merchandise via UPS, or US Mail insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of
receiving RMA. For damaged and defective products we will send you a return label for you to return the
product at no extra cost to you. Products returned, but not received by ReplacementUPSbattery.com are the
sole responsibility of the customer. Use a track-able, and insured shipping method for your own protection.
4. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

FRAUD POLICY
Batteries are coded and warranty and return fraud will not be tolerated by ReplacementUPSbattery.com.
ReplacementUPSbattery.com will aggressively pursue legal action for those individuals who intentionally
return items which exploit the warranty and return policies.
ReplacementUPSbattery.com does not tolerate credit card and online fraud, and all fraud, without
exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In the event of fraud, we will pursue civil legal
action seeking to recover any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research
costs, employee down time and loss of revenues. Additionally, credit card fraud is a criminal offense in
most jurisdictions and it results in actual time in a state jail for the offender.
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will
be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow 10
days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be
